Aging Positively Campaign 2016/March 2018
SSN has served over 10,000 seniors since its inception in 2004. In 2016, SNN initiated a Campaign goal to fundraise $100,000.00. With the support of kind and generous individuals, SSN strives to reach its goal. The money raised during the campaign will help support programs that are currently not funded.
